|Duties||The appointee will be responsible for (i) providing academic leadership; (ii) overseeing the academic quality of the programmes offered by the School; (iii) taking a leading role in curriculum design and development; (iv) liaising with external parties on programme-related matters; and (v) actively participating in accreditation exercises, etc.|
|Appointment Criteria||Applicants should (i) possess an earned and recognised Doctoral degree in relevant disciplines; (ii) have a minimum of 10 years' teaching experience at the degree level. Preference will be given to those with good teaching record and demonstrated ability to provide academic leadership and experience in the development and administration of higher education programmes in Hong Kong or overseas.|

The appointee will be required to (a) supervise the team for effective implementation of the SEN caring scheme; (b) run training workshops for staff, students and parents; (c) provide individual and group interventions for SEN students; (d) organize events related to the building up of SEN caring culture; (e) conduct evaluation of the project; (f) collaborate with external experts; (g) write up SEN caring scheme final report; (h) design a training package, SEN caring scheme, and implementation framework for our Institutes at the end of the project; and (i) conduct relevant research projects.
Applicants should have (a) a PhD degree or other recognised doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology or relevant disciplines, with SEN training; (b) at least 10 years of full time industry experiences in relevant areas are preferred; (c) substantial managerial experience in respective industries/areas; and (d) demonstrate leadership and/or high level of consultancy in respective areas.

|Duties||The appointee will be responsible for (i) heading and managing the Registry; (ii) formulating, implementing and reviewing institute policies and guidelines regarding student admission, registration, enrolment, assessment and graduation; (iii) overseeing administrative processes relating to the functioning of the Registry; (iv) participating in plan and documentation for accreditation exercises; (v) serving in various committees as required; and (vi) performing any other duties as assigned by the Vice-President (Academic and Quality Assurance) and the President.|
|Appointment Criteria||Applicants should have (i) an appropriate postgraduate degree (doctoral degree preferred); (ii) extensive (at least 5 years') and relevant post-qualification administrative experience, preferably in a similar position in local higher education institutions; (iii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and (iv) demonstrated leadership qualities.|

The appointee will be responsible for (i) providing leadership and promoting excellence in research; (ii) formulating policies and guidelines on research-related development of the Institute; (iii) overseeing the operations of the Research Office and the Information Technology Services Centre; (iv) liaising with external funding bodies such as the Research Grant Committee on research matters; (v) attending various committees as required; and (vi) undertaking such other duties as determined by the President.
Applicants should have (i) an earned Doctoral degree with at least 10 years' relevant leadership experience or 7 years' relevant post-qualification experience in local / overseas higher education institutions; (ii) excellent command of written and spoken English; (iii) extensive research record; and (iv) demonstrated ability to provide leadership on matters relating to the conduct of research and other scholarly activities.
