Duties

Duties

Duties
  1. Conduct coaching, teaching and assessment to nursing students on delivery of patient care in clinical / laboratory settings such as hospital or clinic and communicate with clinical staff to create optimal clinical experiences for the students;

Duties

Innovative Incubation Centre Manager (Full-Time Position) (Ref: 23/034/DES/CM)
Duties

The appointee is responsible for:

  • Ensures the success of CBCC/CIHE's commitment to supporting and facilitating entrepreneurship development of our students and alumni through IIC.
  • Oversees the day-to-day operation of IIC, including marketing the Centre, recruiting potential incubatees, and assisting in screening potential candidates and making recommendations.
  • Works with community stakeholders and advances community partnerships on behalf of IIC.
  • Acts as a catalyst to strengthen the network for IIC by coordinating and working closely with other possible service providers, collaborators, and clients, to facilitate incubatee success.
  • Evaluates and seeks potential funding sources through, funding, grants, sponsors, etc for the projects of IIC.
  • Develops and maintains a database, prepares periodic reports, and maintains records of projects, progress, and the status of the incubatees.
  • Coordinates, maintains, and reviews the incubatees are meeting the targeted milestones.
  • Assists in developing and implementing policies governing the operation of IIC consistent with the funding contracts, including meeting performance metrics and goals.

Duties

The appointee will be required to (a) lead the team for effective implementation of the SEN caring scheme; (b) run training workshops for staff, students and parents; (c) provide individual and group interventions for SEN students; (d) organize events related to the building up of SEN caring culture; (e) conduct evaluation of the project; (f) collaborate with external experts; (g) write up SEN caring scheme final report; (h) design a training package, SEN caring scheme, and implementation framework for our Institutes at the end of the project; and (i) conduct relevant research projects.

Appointment Criteria

Applicants should have (a) a recognised Master's degree in Educational Psychology or relevant disciplines, with SEN training; (b) at least 5 years of full-time experience in relevant areas; and (c) preferably experience in managing a SEN unit in an education environment.
