Biography

I received Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from The University of Newcastle (Australia), Master of Business and Administration (MBA) from The Open University of Hong Kong, MSc (Information Technology) from The University of Warwick (UK) and MSc (Computer Science) from The Victoria University of Technology (Australia). My research interests include organizational behavior, employee commitment, knowledge management and e-learning.
I have published over 30 peer-review journal papers and 7 conference papers in business and management and e-learning.
I was a Marketing Manager, Sales Manager and Account Manager in solutions vendors and hardware providers in Hong Kong for seven years before joining Caritas Institute of Higher Education. The organizations that I worked before included Therm-O Disc, Energizer, CITIC Limited, University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Vocational Training Council, accounting firms, advertising agencies, etc.
