The preliminary round of 2018 Federation for Self-financing Tertiary Education (FSTE) Joint Basketball Tournament was held successfully on 24 February 2018 at The Open University of Hong Kong – Multi-purpose Hall. Nine self-financed institutions formed a team of 5 to 20 players respectively to participate in the competition.
The CIHE/CBCC Basketball Team won two matches in a row when playing against Hong Kong Institute of Technology (28:18) and The Open University of Hong Kong (44:17). The team will play in the championship match on 3 March 2018 at 1:00pm in The Open University of Hong Kong – Multi-purpose Hall vs. Vocational Training Council (VTC).
All CIHE/CBCC staff and students are welcome to come and cheer for the team!
