The second talk of the Distinguished Speaker Series was successfully held on 22 March. Professor LUI Tai-lok, JP, Vice-President (Research and Development), the Education University of Hong Kong, delivered the talk entitled "Hong Kong's Culture - Some of My Casual Observations" and shared his observed cultural characteristics of Hong Kong as an immigrant and a market-oriented society.
