Mr. Herbert Tsoi, two-term President of the Hong Kong Law Society 2000-2002, will be the host and will moderate the Talk Talk Meeting, including a Q&A session with Mr. St. John Sutton.
Background of Mr. St John Sutton
Mr. St John Sutton is a barrister and member of 20 Essex Street Chambers in London. He was previously a senior partner in the firm Allen & Overy and practised for some years in Hong Kong. He has acted as arbitrator for many parties in respect of arbitration proceedings in many countries, including centres located in London, Stockholm, Zurich, New York and Hong Kong as well as conducting ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
He is the author of Russell on Arbitration and has been an external examiner for London University, Director of the London Court of International Arbitration, Member of ICC Commission on International Arbitration, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and Member of International Bar Association.
