Congratulations on your admission to the Caritas Institute of Higher Education (CIHE) and Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC) and a very warm welcome to the Caritas family !   

To formally register as a student of CIHE/ CBCC, you are reminded to settle the balance of the 1st instalment of tuition fees by the specificed deadline.  Please read carefully all the information on this website and take appropriate actions as required.

Pre-Programme Registration Procedures

Programme Registration Procedures

Please come for programme registration after 3 working days when you have settled the balance of 1st instalment of tuition fees.  Please read and complete the following Programme Registration procedures:

3.1     On the programme registration day, please bring the following documents for registration:

             (a) Original and copy of your Hong Kong Identity Card (If you are NOT holding a permanent HKID card,
                    please also bring the relevant identity documents) ;
             (b) Original and copy of your HKDSE examination result slip and/ or documents
                    of your academic qualifications
             (c) Original and copy of certified letters of your working experiences; and
             (d) Payment receipt after you have settled the balance of the first instalment of the tuition fees.

3.2     During the registration, students eligible for Non-Means-Tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong (NMTSS) or Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/ Sectors (SSSDP) will be required to complete the application/declaration forms will be available when you come for registration.

3.3     Successfully complete the registration, Student ID card (for students submitted photos before programme registration day) and other information will be distributed to students. Please reserve about 30 – 45 minutes to complete the steps from 3.1 to 3.3.

After programme registration, please follow the steps in "New Student Account Activation for 2023-24" to activate your computer account and email account to enjoy the online service, such as email service, student portal, student support services, and for access to PC in the computer laboratories, self-access room, library and WiFi service.



Please complete the New Student Survey after activate your computer account.



- Schedule : 31 August and 1 September (for 2023/24 New students), 4 September and 5 September (for current students)

Important Notes

1.  For students of Caritas Institute of Higher Education/ Caritas Bianchi College of Careers all programmes, please come for programme registration after 3 working days when you have settled the balance of 1st instalment of tuition fees.

2.  Regarding the payment of tuition fees in 2023/24 academic year, please refer to the notice.

3.  In case of adverse weather, such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and/or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the registration activities will be rescheduled. The rescheduling details will be announced through the Institute's website http://www.sfu.edu.hk.
