Programme Specific Requirements

Professional Diploma in Property Management
  • Completed Secondary 5 (under HKCEE) / Secondary 6 (under HKDSE) with at least a Pass / Level 2 in Chinese Language respectively+, AND currently work in the property management industry at least 6 months in "Assistant" (e.g. Property Assistant, Customer Services Assistant, or Assistant Officer) job grade.
  • Aged 21 or above on 1 September of the year when admission is sought, with 5 years relevant working experience in Property Management; OR
  • Completed relevant training courses at QF Level 3; OR
  • Obtained an equivalent qualification.

Remarks:

  1. Three intakes per year (January, May, September).
  2. Applicants need to pass the admission interview.
  3. +Applicants who cannot fulfill the Chinese language requirement as stated above, they are required to attend a Chinese admission test. If they failed this test, they are required to attend and pass the course of "Foundation of Chinese Communication" offered by the CBCC before the commencement of the Programme.

Diploma in Foundation Studies of Higher Education (Full-time/Part-time)
  • Completed Secondary 6; OR
  • Completed a QF Level 2 programme; OR
  • Passed in five subjects (including Chinese Language and English Language) in the HKCEE; OR
  • Aged 21 or above on 1 September of the year when admission is sought; AND with at least one year of relevant working experience and academic background; OR
  • Have obtained an equivalent qualification.
Diploma in Health Studies
  • Completed Secondary 6, and obtained Level 1 in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE; OR
  • Aged 21 or above on 1 September of the year when admission is sought; OR
  • Have obtained an equivalent qualification.

Notes:
1.    Shortlisted applicants will receive individual notifications regarding interview details from either the Registry or the Academic departments. The notifications will be sent through various electronic means (e.g. email, SMS, and phone (typically using phone numbers starting with 3702 or 3653). Applicants are advised to attend the interviews as scheduled since re-arrangement may not be feasible. Failure to attend the scheduled interview may result in their applications not being considered further.
