Underwent the Institutional Review for registration as a recognized degree-conferring institution

Renamed as Caritas Institute of Higher Education (CIHE) and launched its first Bachelor’s Degree programme, namely the Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons)

Granted a 7,500 m² site in Tseung Kwan O next to Caritas Bianchi College of Careers to build campus
