Professional Diploma in Property Management

This programme aims to provide learners with practical knowledge in property management so as to enhance their professional development in the specific setting of property management environment. Upon completion of the programme, graduates will be equipped for the licensing system and professional requirement in the property management sector. This programme was accredited by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) at Qualifications Framework (QF) Level 4. Also, this programme has been included in the list of reimbursable course for Continuing Education Fund (CEF) purposes.

Duties

The appointee will be responsible for teaching a newly launched Professional Diploma in Property Management programme. Standard Chinese is used as a medium of instruction.

Appointment Criteria

Duties

The appointee will participate in a project on the development and grammar of Chinese Pidgin English. He/she will transcribe and analyze language data and support other project related research works. The appointment will start from March 2019 or as soon as possible.

Appointment Criteria

The appointee will assist in a research project about social worker's turnover and social work organizational management in Guangdong Mainland China.

Appointment Criteria

Duties include data collection and analysis, report writing and other related responsibilities as required.
