Introduction
Under CIHE, the Centre for Advanced and Professional Studies (CAPS) specializes in the local administration of tertiary programmes offered in Hong Kong by overseas institutions and also institutions in Mainland China.
In view of the growing demand from local working adults for tertiary education and the increasing number of overseas programmes offered in Hong Kong, CAPS is highly selective in terms of institutions and programmes to ensure that quality education and prestigious awards are offered. At the same time CAPS endeavours to provide effective learning support and services to the students.
